TO INTERESTED PARTIES:

The GulfportBiloxi Regional Airport Authority has recently contracted with Knesal Engineering Services, Inc. to design a parking lot expansion. We selected Knesal Engineering because they assured us that they could meet a strict deadline for construction of the facility. The Airport is experiencing rapid growth, and it is imperative that the parking lot be completed in the Spring, 1999.

The Authority issued Knesal the notice to proceed for design on December 10, 1998. On December 23, 1998, the Authority approved preliminary plans, and on December 30 approved advertising for bids for the construction. We were pleased that Knesal was able to complete the surveying, planning, and plans and specifications for this $200,000 project in such a short time, especially given the effects of the holiday season and inclement weather.

We have executed a Prime Agreement with Knesal, and we expect to issue other work authorizations to them under this agreement in the future.
